Małgorzata Klisińska

Associate
  • Nuclear physicist, graduate of the Faculty of Physics at the University of Warsaw.
  • Specializes in reactor physics and nuclear safety.
  • In 1980-2018 she worked at the Institute of Nuclear Research, and later at the Institute of Atomic Energy and the National Centre for Nuclear Research in Świerk:
    • 1980-1995 - Reactor Engineering Department
    • 1996-2004 - MARIA research reactor
    • 2005-2018 - Department of Nuclear Energy and Environmental Analyses
  • She participated in numerical accident analyses for WWER-440/213 reactors prepared for the Żarnowiec Nuclear Power Plant Safety Report and in international standardized experiments on test loops. She also conducted analyses of the accident localization system behavior for Żarnowiec NPP.
  • She took part in national and international projects, including "Perspectives for Thorium Use in a Nuclear Power Reactor" and "Development of High-Temperature Reactors for Industrial Applications HTR-PL", where she worked on licensing issues. In 2017-2018, in the Gemini+ project, she led the task related to reviewing and analyzing Polish legal regulations in terms of licensing feasibility for high-temperature reactors for cogeneration applications.
  • She has teaching experience. In 2017-2021 she taught classes at the Faculty of Physics, University of Warsaw, on reactor physics and nuclear safety. She also cooperates with the FORUM ATOMOWE Foundation.
